Too late, you won’t get a lot of equity now that it’s so close to IPO. You can only hope for a lot of stock appreciation in the years to come
Dude they froze hiring in my location (west Europe). They probably want low headcount on IPO filing so that numbers look good for investors. Imo minimal hiring for now.
I have a friend who joined them right out of college, was there for a few years now. Wonder how much will his TC be.
