Palantir vs Citadel Fall internship
For context, im already working at Optiver this summer as a swe intern. Both palantir and citadel offers are in NYC. I’m worried that citadel WLB will be genuinely terrible but it does seem like the stronger name. Given that I’ve already worked at (albeit a lower tier) quant, would the citadel name be as life changing? Thoughts?

Join citadel for internship. Then join optiver for job. Having two sweatshops on resume will make your resume quite heavyweight. Nobody cares what planthir does imo.

Citadel internship is more fun
if it’s a 3mo internship, WLB shouldn’t be that much of a concern. Go for whichever tech stack you’re more interested in
