Anyone else out there that has gone through an interview process at Palo Alto Networks and noticed that the process seems to be soooo sloooow. It takes almost 30 days from one stage to another. Not sure if it's only my experience or if anybody else has had a similar experience. I've read some reviews that seem to support what I think. I've been interviewing for a DevOps role but about to withdraw from the process because of the sluggish process NB. I'm at Cisco at the moment TC : 180K #tech #cybersecurity #paloaltonetworks #cisco #junipernetworks #amazon #consulting
Yeah, hiring is largely frozen right now, that could be behind it
I completed a 3.5 mos interview cycle and I am about to get an offer. Pretty crazy how long it has taken!
I had an application sitting with PANW for about six weeks with absolutely no movement (no rejection, no phone screen... nothing). I took an offer somewhere else, withdrew the application and the recruiter emailed me the next day 🤡
Hiring is prioritized for critical roles only. It is possible that the role you are being interviewed for had been put on hold, but if you are progressing to the next steps, that's a good sign. We just finished our quarter, which could be another reason for the delay. Good luck.
Thanks for sharing the details about the current situation
