Palo alto networks Interview
I have my onsite scheduled next week with PNW cloud security team and was looking for some pointers on what to look out for. I am expecting LC mediums + System Design. Please let me know if I have to prepare anything apart from the usual LC/Design and what type of rounds to expect? Any specific topics that might help raise the bar? Any help really appreciated. Curious how much Palo Alto would pay for 6 yoe? I like their products but I fear I may take a pay cut even though I’m only at 1 yoe in industry.

I’m not certain how much you guys get paid only know one person there. My base is $155k before equity/bonus
PANW pays better than ms and amazon. Expect 230K - 250K for 6 YOE.
Interviews are not that tough but bar is very high. I know the cloud security team has rejected so many people in last 2 months.

I'm part of this team Stay away for your own good Bunch of snobs from one of the acquisitions are calling all the shots. Everyone else is at their mercy
Some of these snobs don't get the purpose of interviews Rather than evaluating the candidates, they use them to boost their own ego and show off about how much they know Only like minded snobs tend to get thru this filtration process *facepalm*
