Does Workday and other companies like SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce reward engineers for patents? If so, what does it include?

Generally patent savvy companies pay you 1500$ per filing and 1500$ per grant...YMMV

Cisco. $3000 for filing and $2000 for issued. This is after tax.

Yes Salesforce does.
Do they give you a cash award?
Yes one for submitting and one when the patent is issued.
