I had a final interview with PayPal that seemed to go pretty well but I’m a bit concerned about their salary in case there’s potentially an offer. The recruiter initially gave me a number around 70-75k plus bonus which seems fairly low. Can anyone please share any salary insights for the role for someone with 3 yoe? Any insight will be greatly appreciated! #salarynegotiation #salary #paypal

What is CSM?
Customer Success Manager
Are you in a low cost of living area? They're definitely adjusting offers based on location
I’m in Chicago so the adjustment would make sense but even then that seems a bit on the low end. Are their salaries competitive in San Jose (assuming you’re there from your name?). Also, what do you think about the culture in general?
The Bay Area salaries are more in line with other companies there, and I think it's easier to negotiate in CA since they know you'll just walk to one of the other million tech companies. The culture varies depending on which org you're in, but I've had pretty good experiences here and I feel very supported professionally.
3 years you should be clearing 120k easy.

Not PP obviously, but I agree that’s low. 3 YoE for technical CSM should be at least 90k
