Hey people. I will be joining PayPal, Chennai soon as an SE1. Can any of you please tell how the work culture and WLB and growth is, in general? I applied to whatever jobs I see on LinkedIn or instahyre.com. One such job application was for this role and in a couple of days recruiter contacted me for the same.

WLB is a joke in paypal, also now is a bad time to join, layoff are frequent, one is in Jan 2024
