The end of Backdoor Roth?!
Hi, I have 2 years of experience, Just now I got an offer from Paypal Chennai for T23 (SE2) Offer Base - 21 Lakh Relocation Bonus - 2 Lakh Stocks - 18 Lakh for 3 Years Currently i am working at Kotak Securities Base - 21 Lakh Bonus - 2 Lakh I want to know about Paypal Chennai work culture, and How's the Job Security at Paypal Since my first company was Amazon and due to recession time my entire team got laid off so it's also an important factor for me to evaluate this offer Can i change team to Bengaluru after join Paypal ? How's the career growth and learnings at Paypal? And Can i negotiate to Paypal a bit more on this offer? #paypal #tech #offer
Getting the same offer is no good. If Kotak can pay 21 already, PayPal can do better. I feel like they are lowballing you. It won't even help you negotiate anywhere else.
ohh okay, I was also thinking that they are lowballing me, At kotak i am on probation period and it will complete at 6th Oct after that my notice period will increase to 3 months that's why only i consider this offer. I will try for Freshworks.
If you are not based out of Chennai and do not have your own house there, then better try for Bangalore too. In Chennai, you'll mostly find Sass startups and Service based companies.
@OP can u pls tell me about your interview experience and it's difficulty level?
Yeah sure, there were 1 coding assessment and 3 interviews. Assessment - 3 coding questions in 120 min (1 Leetcode easy, 2 Leetcode Medium) 1st interview - 1 SQL query (Medium), 1 DSA Question (LC Medium) 2nd Interview - 3 DSA Questions (LC Medium) 3rd interview - My previous company's projects and some basic behavioural questions
Thank you so much for detailed info. I am an undergraduate student and most probably will have an interview around September end for intern + FTE position. The process seems medium.
