PayPal Internal Transfer

I've been with PayPal for close to a year now and looking to move to Canada. I have a PR in pipeline but it's getting severely delayed due to pandemic. I do see that PayPal has bunch of SE roles in Canada. How easy is it to move internally via PayPal to Canada ? TC: peanuts
