Hi, How does this offer look? How much should I negotiate for? Role: non-coding, partially technical Location: remote east coast (average cost of living) Base: 135k Bonus: 10% RSU: $108k over 3 years ($36k/yr) Experience: 2 years Current TC: 90k I don't know the level yet. But I'd appreciate your input, especially if you're from / familiar with PayPal. Edit: I'm definitely going to negotiate since this is only the initial offer. Always negotiate. The first offer is never the best one and just by asking you most likely will get a bump.
