Base is a bit low, almost at level of entry level SDE 2. Preferably should be 130k+
Sr sde only gets 185 a year at the bay area? Dont take it.

I know T23s making 135K Base. You should at least ask for 145K base. Yearly refreshers are good. Not as good as initial but based on your performance.
I was offered closer to 140 base for a non-tech, non- senior role (level 24) in San Jose. Stock was only 30/3 tho
My Austin offer for T24 - 132 base, 120k/3. Non-SWE. For SJC - at least 15-20% more base IMO, should be around 150k base.
