PayPal cashback v/s Citi DoubleCash CC
Both of them offer 2% cashback but which one is better? What kind of starting credit limit might I get with either card? I have a credit score of 742, 3 credit cards always PIF on time, 2.5 year long credit history and a total credit limit of 35k (usage 7-10%)?

FyI, Uber got rid of the 4% dining starting in Feb. 2020. BofA Cash Rewards at Platinum level is 5.25% when choosing dining. A second 5.25% Cash Rewards with Internet purchases and a 3rd BofA Travel Rewards (2.625%) will cover a lot of ground.
