PayPal pays low
Does anyone have any insight on if PayPal will raise their salary / increase comp? I see bootcamp grads coming into the industry making just as much as PayPal SWEIIs -- SWEIIIs. Been here almost a year and realized I gotta get out. Money isn't everything but PayPal gotta do something or peeps are going to leave in droves. Feels bad #PayPal #Salary YOE: 4 TC: 170k
