Hi I had an onsite virtual interview with paypal last week and today I got an update from recruiter saying my feedback has been sent to Vp’s for review to see If I could be a good fit for one of their teams I insisted recruiter for T24 position before the interview, does this mean hiring manager didn’t like or are they looking for t24 level with vp’s? #engineering #software #paypal #onsite #interview TC : 115k Y.o.e : masters + 4 years
Your years of experience look alright for T24. So I wouldn't worry about that. It looks like they might not be sure about the head count, otherwise I never hear approval process that involves VPs for middle level roles like T24.
Your interview feedback has been sent to the VP’s to review with their teams to see if there would be a good fit for you on any of their teams His exact words are this, VP’s aren’t reviewing but sharing feedback across teams, I was interviewing in a hiring pool Isn’t the feedback shared only if it positive ?
I wouldn't trust the recruiters at PayPal. Once I referred someone and the recruiter lied saying that they found that candidate profile themselves. Which makes no sense since hiring managers do so (source: I interview lot of T23/T24 candidates during hiring events). That being said, I wish you luck and hope the feedback was great.
Lol he tried or save those referral bonus 😂
Which is strange since he didn't have to pay it out of his or his boss's own paycheck 😂
True 😂
My recruiter has been completely silent for PayPal. I had onsite on Thursday
They didn’t reply me either before interview pretty much same
