If you are joining at T24, tc would be likely around 200-220k. That's about what I started with. Went over 300k with stock boom. Then got laid off this month.

Base between 155-170k. Stocks between 50k-70k a year, vesting over 3 years. And push them on sign on bonus around 10-20k.
