I have an offer from Walmart Labs in India for Staff (Strati - Developer Enablement - CI/CD Team) Base - 45 LPA, 25% Bonus, 45% of base in RSUs = 45 lakhs+ 10 lakhs + 20 lakhs (over 4 years) I have a counter offer from PayPal India for MTS1 (Platform - Notifications Team) Base - 47, 10% Bonus, 40,000 in RSUs = 47 lakhs + 4.7 lakhs + 28,00,000 lakhs (over 3 years) Advice ? #Walmart #Paypal #salarycomparison
Try to get more RSUs where ever you decide to go .... they fuck you with low RSUs by slightly increasing base on negotiation

Proposed - no negotiation Current TC = peanuts 22 LPA + 2 LPA bonus

I would suggest to search the posts/comments from fellow paypals at blind for india specific threads. And shooting a private message for quick response. Also look at levelsfyi website for finding a matching title at PayPal for staff@walmart.

If you want a good WLB and grow your wealth over time, I would say PayPal for sure. They refresh ~100% of the stocks they offered you every year and the stock is growing over the years and rose a lot during COVID. But do not expect great work and expect a lot of legacy code & office politics.
