Try to get more RSUs where ever you decide to go .... they fuck you with low RSUs by slightly increasing base on negotiation

I would suggest to search the posts/comments from fellow paypals at blind for india specific threads. And shooting a private message for quick response. Also look at levelsfyi website for finding a matching title at PayPal for staff@walmart.

If you want a good WLB and grow your wealth over time, I would say PayPal for sure. They refresh ~100% of the stocks they offered you every year and the stock is growing over the years and rose a lot during COVID. But do not expect great work and expect a lot of legacy code & office politics.
