Paysa Salary accuracy?
I usually find Paysa salaries a little more than Glassdoor. Not sure it they are correct though. Would love to know how paysa collects Info. Is it crowd sourced just like Glassdoor ?

Paysa salaries are more relevant and upto date I feel ... Glassdoor salaries are too old . For comments Glassdoor is good if one looks at the most recent comments about the company
+1 for paysa. Glassdoor is old and so has older, lower salaries dragging their averages down
I can't believe why Glassdoor does not have average over years... I completely agree it drags down data over the years
Old data samples should at least be offset with inflation. Definitely seems the old data could be lowering the percentiles.

High? It says a Senior Dev makes $144k total comp. This is way off.

Paysa, sounds like some jar jar binks bullshit.
I believe its crowded sourced. Gotta enter ur salary upon registering. It tends to be more accurate because as a newer site it has newest records. Glassdoor has been around for a while and they dont purge old records. I believe
