Performance Review @ Sams/Walmart

I was given 40k RSU, 175k base when I started. I'm a senior software engineer. How much more am I expected to get upon good performance? Also someone told me the annual bonus amount is contingent upon Sams/Walmart's performance for the year - getting around 25% rather than 20%. As we've been crushing it due to COVID, do you guys think that could happen this upcoming year?#personalfinance #investments #investments
