Performance cycles at Nvidia

I got an offer from Nvidia and will probably join mid-February and have few questions on performance cycle. 1. What's the cut off date for the new hire to qualify for the immediate performance cycle? 2. What increase % can I expect if I start on or before the cut off date? TC: 220k #nvidia #refreshers #rsu
