What are perks at Juniper? 401k match, health insurance, parental leave...?
Hmm ... this post got me wondering. Why isn’t there an in-and-out in the east coast?

Listen to me. The biggest perk at Juniper is Andy. He’s a technologist, a mentor, a lover of fine things. He is a manager the entire company looks up to and not in any way a profound and transparent nepotist who favors Indians over pretty much everyone else. Contrary to common opinion, he is fair and kind and puts the company first. Under Andy juniper engineering has grown and prospered and not been demolished at all. Andy does not use the stranglehold he has over the upper engineering management chain and has in no way basically created a situation where he can basically blackmail the ceo to prevent the ceo from dealing with his influence. Of course not, because the guy is just so, so solid. Juniper without Andy wouldn’t be an improvement like some trash talkers might insinuate but a total failure. Andy was and is central to all positive things to cone out of juniper engineering, now and, for that matter, ever, even the things before he graced the company with his skill and managerial acumen. So there’s one perk.
Andy is that you?
Lol sarcasm 🤷🏻♂️
