Bcom Fellows, could you share about 401k, premium for healthcare insurance, total perks value? It’s doubtful that I couldn’t find public info from companies’ websites or levels fyi about its perks as other HW folks like Qualcomm, NVIDIA, Intel…??? TC: 🥜🥜🥜
401k match 6% of your base Health insurance is basically the same as anywhere else I would imagine Food and drinks provided in the office are 50% off (food is pretty decent) These are the only ones that matter imo
Is there a reimbursement for phone plan, home internet?
No
Health insurance is high deductible (8k for most). They offer 2500 cash to offset deductible but most other tech players have much better options. Intel is especially good in this regard
Can I choose a less deductible plan by paying a small premium?
Small premium is like 300 dollars biweekly
