Once it’s filed ideal case you’ll get it approved in 4-6 months but in case of rfe I’ve seen it taking up to 2 years for one of my friend ! Just one for perm and then I140 May take another 4-6 months in ideal case ! You can also ask for premium processing for i140 that will give you results In 2 weeks !
Ok first of All TC or GTFO ok Then 1. Perm Prcess starts by Fragomen contacting your manager requesting him to provide the skillset required for the job. Takes 1 week 2. They prepare the doc and send it to you. Youre suppoosed to submit them all docs that provves you have that skillset. Time taken (anywhere form 1 week to months) 3. Then they use that info and after having verified everything is in order, they fil a req for Prevailing wage with DOL. this takes 3 months (check doleta for current processing times). It is here when they hve a silent period of 3 months where they scout for US citizens to take over your job. If found, you wait for 6 months from here on. 4. Then they file PERM with Uscis. This takes 2 months (for me) 5. Then you sign your eta 9089 and they file i140 ( this can be done under pp) So total anywhwre from 7 months to a year.
Thanks for the info, my TC is neglectable
