Personal Trainer kinda sucks

He charges me every month for hourly sessions, yet each session he always has like 2 other clients he works with simultaneously so I never get the full attention I require. What’s the best way to approach this without being a d**khead? TC:160 YOE: 2

Give him a dictionary with the word “personal” circled in RED

Why would you be a dickhead for wanting to get what you pay for. I’d say thanks and move on.

I like this one because he has his own gym setup

Hi Todd, When I booked personal sessions with you, I was under the assumption that these will be completely 1:1 sessions where I will have your complete attention. Looks like I misunderstood, and your sessions are on a timeshare basis with other clients. That service model isn't what I'm looking for, so going forward, I wouldn't be booking any more sessions. Thanks for your understanding, Chad

Did you pay for group sessions or 1:1?
