Hi everyone! Can someone pls share Director salary ranges plus bonus, LTIs etc… Also, any insight on company culture, WLB, etc. I am interviewing for a role based out of NYC HQ with 2-3 days in person. Are they enforcing the in person thing? TC: 215k
WLB is excellent. You do need to be in the office 2-3 days a week. The VP that provides your boss oversight gets a report. Bonus target is 20% but that can balloon depending on how the company is doing and your performance evaluations. The last two years I’ve managed to get 2x+ my target bonus. There is a generous stock plan at that level that typically is broken between RSUs and TRSUs. Salary range depends on where you live - I can’t really say what it would be in HQ as I’m out of State. Great health plans as well. Education reimbursement of up to $10k per year. The 401k plan is extremely generous - they match up to 6% if you do things right BUT once a year they also plonk an additional chunk of money into your 401k based on your age and years of service. I love working for Pfizer. What position are you interviewing for?
OP says that it is a Director position.
Thanks everyone for the thoughtful replies! Had my first panel interview last week and moving onto the next round. I appreciate the help! 🤞🏽
Awesome! Hope everything continues to go smoothly for you! What type of role are you interviewing for? I'd be interested to hear the process of interviewing someone at the director level. Is it more testing of skills/knowledge or behavioral/experience leading?
They’ve been intense and a combination of both. The first round was heavy on behavioral questions which were tied to the org values of the company. They weaved in some skills/knowledge into that but the 2nd interview was more heavy on skills/knowledge of the role. There is little room for chit chat and I got 10 mins for questions. Both were an hour. I think I’m done but they may have me go through one more tbd…
Op did you get the offer? Plz update
Also curious about comp as I just did a panel interview for a director role at Pfizer considering a switch from Amazon to Pfizer. Trying to taking into account wlb and total comp - while comp upside may be less given stock growth at amazon, I feel like it may be an ok trade for me to be more “cash rich” (given amazon comp is heavily stock weighted) and working in a possibly less intense culture but trying to weigh from various angles. I’m an L6 PMM at amazon right now (will be 4 years in March, 10 years in ecom/tech, 16 total work exp)
Assuming ur applying to a tech role, around 350k round abouts all in I believe(does not include the lucrative retirement match that amazon does not offer)..base bonus listed in the job spec...they will also throw in a large bonus to buy out your unvested RSus next yr...for the equity/lti component, they have three yr vesting cliff so sign on bonus is key...good luck..will be a decent bump for u as l6 pmm is much lower than that in amazon and you get people mgmt exp too as a Dir to launch your career towards a more lucrative path.not sure if Pfizer has different bands for dir pmm family like Amazon ..if true then the comp should be much lower (less than 300)..what's the base/bonus listed.
Thanks so much for the input! It’s in the marketing tech org but a strategy and analytics role with 3 direct reports (I manage 2 FTE/2contractors at amazon). the posting has annual base salary for this position with a huge range of 155k to 260k and 20% annual bonus. I suspect they may not consider me high end of that range b/c of leveling and future growth but also b/c I’m not an experienced “director” (though the work I do at amazon is arguably director level outside of amazon). Hopefully I make to next round and can see! Will Keep posted here…

Why do Indians support Israel so much( on blind surprisingly) when Israel really thinks 💩of them ?
I'm guessing 200-250k salary, ~20% bonus and ~50k in RSUs. This is not based on direct knowledge, but what I've read elsewhere. I think NY job listings require salary ranges. For NYC HQ you'd likely be in the middle-to-higher end of the range.
WLB balance is good. In general I like the office culture. But the management and decision making from the upper level is inconsistent and sometimes funny. Sometimes it’s difficult to follow up. Given the situation of deafen merging, it is prone difficult for you to fight for the compensation package.
