Pfizer job levels
A recruiter reached out for a sr. director role at Pfizer (software engg). I am currently a L66 dev mgr. What are the job levels at Pfizer? Tc - 465k
350-400k
can easily go 415-450 on avg...but 460-515 for top external talent with niche skills possible. These are people making lateral moves or coming from top firms with great interview perf. They usually buy out unvested equity/bonus for next yr as sign on bonus as well...pfizer has lots of other benefits like 4.5% 401k match from day 1 plus another 4.5-5% in another retirement plan that replaced the pension plan. Generous PTO, sick, 15 company holidays. Also bonuses can easily go greater than 100% (125-200%) for all employees in years when pfizer makes bank (except 2023) so overall comp goes up further on a good year.
Base 250-300k, target bonus 22.5%, long term incentive target around 80K stock.
