I work here for last 2+ years. Great company with great potential. Growing at excellent rate and great prospects for a successful ipo. Also, great personal growth opportunities and recognition for good work. Free of politics. Also, lot of good engineers at India office.
What compensation can they offer for SDE-1 with 1.5 yrs of exp? An idea?
Honestly I don’t know. I believe it will be based on industry standard plus rsu which can grow a lot. Try to grow first in earlier 5-6 years and then TC will grow more than you expect. Keep a growth mindset early on. FYI - working in US for over 14 years.
