Amazon AWS “Leader” (Non-tech) Comp
Based on some preliminary search results, this maps to an L7 role at AWS. What would be the TC for this non-tech level role? It’s within the corp strategy team - which I’ve heard has higher TC than other non/tech roles. Would 700TC be attainable? Current TC: $470

Agreed. The highest non tech L7 manager role is in the mid 600s and that’s TT year over year top of band. The bottom of that band is low 400s. And that’s for the highest paid non tech job family, which may not be the one in your post.
L7’s in finance are just barely above $300k.. probably same for program management or non tech PM
Brokers earn commissions on their trade. Literally the safest way to day trade
$700k+ is L8 comp. The only way you’d get even close to that as an L7 is if it were a sales role with commission or a tech role.
