How flexible is visa at allowing ppl to work from home several times a week. Any feedback on how it is to work there.
Interested to know as well
My coworker said "they have flexibility but not every day, I guess".
No. There's flexibility, but 'official' work-from-home schedules are very rare
I have to send a stupid email to my manager when I want to work from home. It is not as flexible as you might think. It also depends on the team.
It all depends on the team you are part of and your manager. I don’t think it is fully enforced in either direction. But once you prove yourself- you will have more flexibility to be remote.
The culture at Visa is officially an “in office” culture. But there is manager discretion which can vary widely. There is an official telecommuter policy that is for anyone working remote 3 or more days per week. Terms & conditions apply like everything else at this company.
Depends on the team. Some people wfh one to two times per week and others are not allowed to.

Visa allows me to work from home. They just want me to use their card for purchases. Other than that they don't care what I do.
