What if a good option if I am around 26 years old and working in India (as 2 years experienced Software Engineer) 1. I can go for a Ph.D. in the US (considering that I will get admission after some research work). 2. Keep working in India make it to some good US tech company (MAANG) and then try for an L1 visa. Any suggestions are welcome. #tech #
L1 workers are dime a dozen, go do your PhD if you want to be competitive in the long run.
if you're asking this, you're not passionate enough for phd. stick to option 2.
don’t listen to this advice. passion is for dummies.
If I know something helps me achieve my goal, I do it, even if I am not passionate about it, after a while I start doing good at it and then end up liking it. I know this is not the best mind set. But some of my friends doing good in careers told me to do hard things even if you don't like them initially.

Uh oh: President Trump leads Biden 49% to 43% in a two-way race.
Option 2 Unless you are passionate about doing research and Phd. Its usually hard to get direct addmission for phd in US without doing Masters there
