Anyone has experience working or interviewing with @rochediagnostics. I have been invited to a case study interview for 70-75 minutes for a global health policy leader position. Does any have any idea what kind of case it could be and also any idea of their TC. Thank you for your help. #casestudy #roche #pharma #interview #rochediagnostics #health #healthcare
Roche Diagnostics and Roche Pharma are very different businesses in different industries with different operations and sales models. Make sure you prepare don't confuse the two - that's a sure way to blow the interview. Your scenario will typically involve some role play and several people involved. Working through the scenario is important, but interaction with the people on the call/in the room is no less important - you'll definitely be evaluated on your interactions and the kind of questions you ask back. TC depends on job level, skill level and location.
It is a take home case study, i will get an email with the case and will have 24 hours to prepare and present it next day The location of the position is Switzerland and the grade is se8 if that helps.

How many of you in EB-2 India category think of going back to school for PhD and getting a bunch of publications?
Roche is a big company so no guarantees but here’s the pattern I’ve seen used. After introductions you will be given a case that’s relevant for the role and business area. You will then have some time (think 15 mins) to prepare on your own. The scenario may involve some roleplay with the interviewers playing some stakeholders. Should that be the case, you can typically ask clarifying questions from your ”stakeholders”. Surprisingly, many candidates don’t realize this opportunity. I remember one who was so nervous we had to remind her to ask for more info. After you presented your solution/outcome, there’s typically a conversation where you get asked why you made certain decisions. Also, if you are applying for a position in diagnostics, it’s not pharma. Same company, different industries and different business models. TC? No idea since you’ve not given any info about the location or speficic business area.
