Phone inteview with Vmware
Any idea what kind of question does vmware ask in the phone interview? (They have given me the link to a coder pad.) P.S: It is not a propel program

VMware has no fixed question set. Pretty random
But shall i expect some os questions too? Any idea?

The real question is way would you want to work for one of the worst companies in the world ? Their technology is stuck in the early 90's and their engineers are some of the worst I've ever seen.
Now this i have been hearing for all the companies. Tell me something new.. Everytime i ask about any company on blind. Someone says that its a shitty company to join and please dont join. If i start thinking like this, then i guess we should remain jobless or start our own company. I am not telling this to prove you wrong but i am trying to say that it is how it is and now we just need to accept it. I recently went for google and yahoo onsite interviews. The people who took me for lunch were sad too but that does not mean that you should not work for these companies.
^^ This. I think with any company, it’s all about the team you’re on. I’m now at VMware and love it. Great place.
