Physical design offer. Intel to Apple
Hi, For a Physical design Engineer moving from Intel (Grade 6 or Grade 7 ) to Apple, what is the total salary (base+ rsu+ signing bonus) and job grade expected in offer? Please let me know for 1) bay area. 2) San Diego 3) Oregon 4) Austin
This seems to be pretty low.i was thinking more like (180k + 120k + 50k )

Yep it’s vague without the yoe for sure. You could be someone who just got to 6 with a 2yoe or someone at the end of 7 with a 10 yoe.

It depends on yoe. They try to put people on ict3 with yoe <7-8 . I don’t think g-6 or g-7 matters. Also, the ict3 and ict4 has a very wide range. So if you give more specifics it will be easier to tell the figures. I am assuming you are yoe 5-6
