What were the rounds around?
Expect a comp around 1.5-2 depending upon your interviews. Uber is lowballing on stocks now because of the org wide priority for buy back now that we're profitable. So all offers are 70-80% of what they used to be a year ago. That too, now at a peak stock price. FYI, with stock going 2.5x in last 1 year, many L5As (likely your reportees) internally make around 2-3 Cr yearly. Staff / L5Bs internally are at 3-4 Cr. If that's not going to bother you, come join us.
