How is Pinterest doing as a business? What is the sentiment for those at Pinterest internally right now on the company's outlook? Is the TC competitive for a non-eng role at Pinterest? Solid business and undervalued. People who write them off because women are their core audience don’t understand that women have money too and they buy a lot of stuff.

Women are 70-80% of consumer spending decisions. Even when it’s their spouses money the women is choosing the house , the furniture , what clothes to buy for the kids , the grocery shopping
