Base $140k, sign on $10k and $55k RSUs per year (RSUs over 4 years). Relevant yoe 5y. I feel like this is low from other posts I've been tracking. This is a business role that I'd say is equivalent to product manager even though the title is not exactly this. What do you guys think? How much higher can I go with RSUs / signing bonus?

Non engineering offers are low
I've seen people here at blind saying they got 220k TC with 2yoe for non engineering. Mine is sub 200 with 5...i feel like this is way too low
Product is the only non engineering where I could see this happening
Lol millenials
What's the role? Doesn't sound like it is really a PM position, PMs get paid as much as engineers if not more
Non engineering role in a lowish position, sounds overpaid tbh.
What role is this ? Who asks only sql man
Seems like for your YoE and non-eng and skill set you’re about right for TC. If you distinguish yourself, merit-based awards and other market adjustments are quite good. Hope you choose to join!
