I got these offers for my final internship. I want to choose the best one for early career growth so I’m not concerned about the intern compensation. My thoughts right now: From research on levels.fyi Pinterest pays the most for new grad but I have read things about how there isn’t good management. I’m also concerned about the company life span because the users decreasing. Twitter seems like a cool product and I am a user but I’m concerned about career growth. I’m not sure what type of problems DoorDash solves and whether it’s a good place to start my career. Facebook has quick growth and crazy benefits but I have read bad things about wlb. I would appreciate it if you could provide some explanation in the comments about why you voted for a particular company. TC: $8k a month intern #doordash #Twitter #facebook #pinterest
I say go to Facebook for brand and established growth and culture, Doordash is best out of the remaining in terms of how much your learn in short amount of time.
I would say FB if you don’t like it you at least have FB in your resume. Twitter is not a bad option either 👀 lol
Does facebook name value matter if I already have two other faang internships on my resume?
I would say FB. From my observation, the conversion rate of intern @Pins is not that high
I heard it is 80-85 percent from friends and a recruiter.
How do they decide to convert you into full time at Pinterest? Since it’s not that high. I applied to the Product internship.
Hey, congrats on your great offers! Do you mind giving me some advice for the Twitter final round? Apparently there's a data structures round and a coding round...
Get the rockstar return bonus at fb, I think it’s like 100k in your pocket
They decreased it this year to 50k :/
Its 75k for rockstar, 50k for me/ee
