Culture is great, and we have a lot of cool products in the pipeline. We have had some PM turnover but I think it is natural more tenured attrition. Come join!
Yeah overall the energy at the company is really good. And the PM org is growing. There is a big need for good PMs to come in and create new product lines, and the eng teams are pretty well developed to throw fuel on the fire. Transitioning from a month to month roadmap situation to having 3 year strategies. Bar is high, but anyone with trad-finance / fintech / tech (in decreasing order) can come in and make a huge impact on the roadmap. Plaid is at a v exciting stage, with funding to last us for a long time, and a lot of greenfield opportunities ahead of us.
We seem to have a really high PM bar here and a couple new joiners who seem amazing. Can’t speak to exact numbers but I know it’s really competitive when we’re stealing people from the places we are. Hope you decide to join us!
