Hi all, received an offer at Plaid with the following breakdown. Remote team. Base: 225k RSU: 900k/4 Sign on: 75k Yoe: 4.5 Is this good?

Jeeeez. 4.5 YOE and plaid is offering 450k+ TC for remote?! Plaid is a rocket ship and I’d argue that your stock is already 1.5x what you’re getting it at if it’s valued at the April valuation. Absolute rocket 🚀 Congrats!!

is the price per RSU 582$? then your stock is probably already worth ~1.5M based on the 1000$ secondary market price. This is a fantastic offer for 5 YOE and absolute rocket ship. Congrats!!
Note: You can’t sell Plaid shared on the secondary market due to the way the contract is structured. As such it’s impossible to truly know the secondary market share price. Additionally, selling on the secondary market usually requires payment of a sizable chunk in commission fees.
Sounds pretty solid, specially since they'll IPO soon.
