Why were people laid off from the security team ? Was the team bloated or just mismanaged ? Typically not a good sign with a fintech company that deals with peoples bank accounts is laying off folks on the security team.
Sounds like worse things are coming to Plaid. If they have another data breach, the fact they fired security team will only force the biggest settlement out of them. Plaid execs sound like rookies
