It seems there are many RFEs and denials even for the best engineers working for best companies on H1Bs. Couple of my friends working for Google and LinkedIn got RFEs. I am shocked !! So, it’s a good idea to have Plan B and explore options to find next best Silicon Valley and see they accept genuine skilled immigrants. What do you think the best place to move outside of US for better career and quality of life?
Canada
I heard good things but less jobs right?
Toronto
Do they have more jobs?
Wherever your home is, trust me! There is no career!
Home my friend your home.
At home no career unfortunately
Singapore or Middle East if you are from India
London.Just look up LinkedIn.This is what I gathered (in terms of number of jobs): 1.England(London specifically) 2.Germany 3.France 4.Canada/Australia/Holland 5.Singapore Realistically speaking you should be able to go to all these places except France. The UK would be my first choice
London really?? Interested to see the trend post brexit.
Will explore Canada, UK immigration
Why is RFE an issue? You get your Visa anyway right?
Yes, going forward there won’t be RFEs, direct rejections
Marry an American didn’t pan out for you? Just a cursory check on your own words.
Because I am happily married already
Else you would have? Right?
I think going forward,no RFE, direct rejection
out of america? probably london or switzerland
Switzerland’s immigration laws are not so great
