Hey guys, I’ve been in Amazon for a long time. I’m a high L6 Product Manager in a Technical role (put up for a promo path in the coming cycle, nothing is guaranteed of course). I’m planning to look around to gain new perspective and disrupt my routine. Every company is different, and I’m keen on learning what other Companies have to offer. MSFT is on top of my list at the moment. I’ve been very impressed with the growth and the vision of the leaders there. Any suggestions on what roles should I be looking at? Level/title/comp estimates would help. I make close to $250k. Cheers!!

Any reason to go there?
lol, what is a “high L6?â€
Could have pm’ed the product but than I got high...
L6.5?

Stay put. 3 yrs is not long enuf and u r already talking about promo
I joined amazon as an L6.
3 years to get L7 is pretty normal
Don't come to Microsoft, you will not make that much as a product manager here except if you want to be in sales.
Huh? What are you smoking.. Total comp for a 64-66 pm?
L64/Senior PM with good stock grant should be able to match or beat that. If you can pull off L65, MSFT can easily beat that compensation.
Thanks.
Are you referring to $250 including bonus and stock?
