PlayStation (SIE) offer for Senior SDET
Hey community, Please help me what would be the ideal numbers for Senior SDET at Playstation for Bay Area. YoE: 11 Years Currently @Workday around 265K including base+bonus+equity from last 5 years. If i leave workday then i'll be leaving around 520k worth of unvested stocks on table, I want to understand how much compensation is worth the move considering above numbers. I know only numbers is not the only reason but i really liked the manager and team i was interviewed at Playstation, seems like talented team and fun loving folks so i am good with project and people, now i am trying to figure out right numbers to justify my move without any regrets. Will such move help upscale in the career ? Till date i have only worked with public companies with bunch of equity and this would be my first private company if i decide to move. Note: I am also in a process to be interviewed for onsite for other BIG product companies and not sure if i should wait to commit to any till i finish all of them. Update: I got to know that i am getting next level i.e Staff Position and initial package looks around 200 base + 20% bonus + 20k signOn , no mention of LTI so far, What do you think for Staff role what extra benefits i can request for. I am hoping for ~320k for Staff, is that feasible here ?

thanks for your inputs, even though i have half a million unvested stocks of workday, every year they vest around making same like 250-270k so it actually doesn't matter much if i am getting cash package of 325-350k then i can still buy stocks with that money for workday or whatever company i want. Do they offer around 325-350k for senior SDET ? or at Staff SDET ? What i am trying to understand is how much numbers would justify my move to PlayStation and after moving there for let's say 4-5years then will I be considered for FAANG companies or not. Also how is the base and bonus looks like, Do they offer any other parameter as well in the compensation along with base and bonus
