Please Eval my Amazon Offer

Leaving my job working with Accenture and transitioning to work with Amazon as a designer. Compensation was low and work life balance was not there with Accenture. I figured if I was to work as hard I was I might as well seek better compensation and benefits. I have 1.5 years of experience level 5 My offer was: TC: 156K Base: 123k Bonus Y1: 33k Bonus Y2: 23k STOCKS: 19 Do you have any advice? I'll be working within facilities design team and I am seeing alot of things about folks getting Pipped and a bad WLB just want to make sure I start ahead and prepare myself going in.
