Please HELP Me😭😭😭!!!! LAID OFF OFFER EVALUATION. Don’t wanna get laid off again😭😭😭😭😭

My friend recently got laid off and unfortunately her blind also got deactivated. She has got two offers 1 . Flexport TC offered 175k +equity (Location- Bellevue) 2. Peloton TC offered 175k + 200RSU’s( Location- New York) Peloton seems to be a sinking ship but good team and good pay. Whereas Flexport has lots of ex-Amazon people and no clear IPO Which one should she consider joining . Please give genuine advice and and help is much appreciated. PS: She is on H1B currently.
