No way is essp is 50 percent. I would check on that
Apology. I misheard the HR. She said 15%, and I thought it was 50%. Updated
The you can contribute up to 25% of your base to ESPP but it maxes out at $21,500 per year per tax rules ($25,000 pre discount price). Price is locked in for 2 years. 401k is 50% of TC for the first 6% and 3% after that. So assume you max out your 401k at $19500, Adobe kicks in an extra ~$4,500 in your 401k per year.
The base seems low for SJ - 1st year isn’t bad with the signing makes it better, but seems like there should be more in the pot.
Its L30. How much more can I negotiate? Recruiter said $137K is max for base. Can I ask for more RSU ?
Are you already in the Bay Area? If so, you may have a better grasp on what it takes from a cost of living perspective. The amount isn’t low per se, just the COL is so high. I don’t know any recruiter that starts with the max band either. Sorry can’t provide the actual band info - that would be helpful
OP, where did the final offer land after negotiations? Also how long did it to take you to receive offer after submitting application?
Same, OP can you share final offer?
How was interview?
This is a very good offer for non SWE. Good to see analytics TC increasing very rapidly That ESPP plan is insane
