https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/626-199th-Pl-SW-Lynnwood-WA-98036/121291635_zpid/ I don’t understand how there can be 17 people applying for this home after 2 weeks on the market. It’s also past Sept, school already started. How can there be so many people still interested in renting this? The location is not that good, long commute to Seattle, Bellevue and Everett, so it can’t be RTO…
Why are you interested in renting it?
I am looking at this area because I thought it would be cheaper than others.
Those folks are probably doing the same thing
It’s not too far from any of those locations.
Realistically I feel it’s 1hr 1-way to each of those locations.
No. It’s about 40-50 minutes in traffic to Bellevue or Seattle and 30 minutes in traffic to Everett. That’s not that far, especially with light rail or the fast bus for some of it. Also some companies have commuter buses.
Too many people sleeoing in cars. Put two families like that together, and they can easily afford it.
That's a nice house and not much more than the 1 bedroom I rent in Seattle.
Because the rental market is incredibly brutal. Are you perhaps out of touch with renters?
This is similar to price of a 4bd room in Bellevue, I did not anticipate this location to cost the same
It looks cheap actually
Way cheaper then buying something similar
Why are you in the market past September in a “not good” location with long commute to Seattle, etc.? Those other applicants are people/families like you.
I am not in the market, I am curious why this rental cost is similar to Bellevue
Because it’s a fking 3000 sq ft 2014 built home. Show me a comparable home in Bellevue for the price. Are you dumb????
It’s actually a good deal for that house size. I live within miles and pay $3000 rent for 1900 sq ft home
