Depends on which PayPal Mafia, honestly. I always thought that YT was right for the time, and never needed to pivot (this company has a high probability of pivot IMO). As an investor I’d probably be in, especially if I didn’t have much AI exposure.
You don’t join a pre-seed or seed startup for the comp. That comes later. You either are in for the haul or out with the trash. Also LLM wrapper? You got something on Langchain? Stop building on others tech, take the time to develop the next wave of Ai systems, tools, and architectures. If it’s not hard it’s not worth doing.
They can't even figure out how to make a chatbot that doesn't suck. Show me a chatGPT that can accurately pipe chain 8 simple linux commands to do a trivial file manipulation (i.e. parse contents of multiple files and completely change the order of rows of data to form a key value pair mapping).
