It depends. It may take forever if your background sucks or did a poor interview. Some of the candidates shouldn’t get CR approval in the first place.
Are there any semi-verifiable numbers of candidates who get to team matching stage but don’t get an offer? I’ve heard in the interview process the following Candidates who pass Initial phone screen: 75% Initial engineering screen: 25% Full loop: 3-5% I’m curious how many who pass all these obtain team matching or an offer (excluding the candidates who reject as they may skew the numbers having accepted another offer).
It’s like a dating app, team matching rate fluctuates a lot. Some candidates got matched to 5+ teams, some has no match at all.

Does anyone else's career profile page still say "Your interview took place recently. You should hear from us soon" even after the recruiter gave you the verbal ok? Im beginning to get paranoid I hallucinated the call

Same here, I think that's the way it looks for everyone. Even after passing my initial screen, it said I still had it upcoming for like a week after. I think the Recruiters need to go in there and manually update
