LinkedIn is contributing to revenue growth. Azure is growing very fast and can soon provide meaning revenue figure. Windows and server will keep declining so O365 should make up for it. Bing is contributing a little more than before. Salary wise, we don’t seem having long term plan. I am not sure Satya has interest in it. His root is not from US and it remains to see what his philosophy is regarding compensation. Judging by his past comment about karma, I don’t have much hope. Overall, I think it finally started growing (stagnant for the last 5 years) and will keep growing largely thanks to Azure’s crazy rate of growth. Looking at Amazon, Microsoft will be fine due to revenue from cloud.
where do people see the growth in aforementioned areas? I don’t see any improvement in pay on any level.
True they are just adjusting stocks with SSA
