why Postmates? I like! They offer more quality than their competition.
The experience isn't as good as others (e.g. UberEats) and there are lots of issues with delivering from the spots that others don't deliver from. And it's way too expensive for most people. I think they could expand outside of food delivery, but I don't see a future for them in that.

when you guys rebranded to gusto I thought "what a dumb name". then the zenefits scandal broke. haha. did you guys know??
We had always talked about how they had a different approach than us long before the scandals. We stuck with our initial company values, including "Don't optimize for the short term," and it paid off. The name change was separate from that (moving into benefits, etc.)
